The Externally-Sponsored Fellowship Undertaking Letter has been added to step 8 of the Fellowship procedure. The content of the UNDP-sponsored Fellowship Undertaking Letter has been corrected to align it with the Fellowship policy. |
The IPSA policy has been amended to remove inconsistencies in the approval authority for direct recruitments, and clarified the performance evaluation process. |
The NPSA policy has been amended to clarify the limits in setting the initial remuneration, the performance evaluation process and the conditions applicable for requesting the deposit of local NPSA remuneration in an account other than a local bank account. The Guide on Titles, Levels and minimum qualification requirements was amended to correct an inconsistency in the number of required years of experience for higher level NPSAs. |
Provisions have been included in UNDP’s internship framework to provide for remote interns who are eligible to a reduced stipend at the remote internship rate. Offices in non-family duty stations and other dangerous locations which are not permitted to offer in-person internships, will now be able to offer remote internships. Specific guidance to managers on how to best engage interns remotely is provided. |
