Explanatory NotesPrepare CNC. Required to sign the Certificate of No Contest (CNC) within two weeks of receipt of notification of approval. If staff member does not respond within one month of the date of notification of approval or agreed termination, the proposed agreed termination will lapse, and UNDP will initiate termination of appointment as per the UN Staff Rules and Staff Regulations, Annex III for all approvals. |
