The NPSA policy has been amended to clarify the limits in setting the initial remuneration, the performance evaluation process and the conditions applicable for requesting the deposit of local NPSA remuneration in an account other than a local bank account. The National Personnel Services Agreement Positions: Guide on Titles, Levels and Minimum Qualification Requirements was amended to correct an inconsistency in the number of required years of experience for higher level NPSAs.
