Following the launch of the new platform for the Social and Environmental Standards Procedures (SESP) and the Project Quality Assurance in Quantum+ (under Risk Tools) the Close and Transition (Projects) Procedures have been updated, as follows: Step 3.0 Conduct a final project review, including the final report, project closure quality assessment and project closure budget - The new Project QA Closure (Quantum +) link and the Project QA - Closure User Guide (Quantum+) have been added.

​The following policies and procedures have been updated to reflect UNDP's transition to its new cloud-based management platform Quantum in January 2023, replacing its previous ATLAS system. ​The policy has been updated to align with the UNDP Evaluation Guidelines’ mandatory criteria for the terminal or final evaluation of projects or programmes. Expected mandatory criteria and thresholds were added to the section.

The management actions to the OAI GEF Audit that have been completed to date have been uploaded to the POPP. This includes the RACI, the Delegation of Authority Letter and Guidance on GEF Project Revisions. ​The RACI (Roles/Accountability/Consult/Inform) matrix is now available to clarify the roles and accountabilities for the GEF project cycle from origination to project financial closure, including oversight. This is only applicable for GEF-funded projects.
