Opening and Closing of Bank Accounts 18 July 2019 Banking Arrangement	The Opening and Closing of Bank Accounts policy and procedures were revised and expanded as follows: 1. The procedure table, “Closing a Bank Account in a Regular Operating Environment” was added to section 3.0 of the policy page. 2. Clauses 4 and 5 were added to the policy. 3. Minor editorial adjustments and clarifications.
Petty Cash Fund for Management Project (PCF) 1 September 2018 Cash Arrangement	As part of the delivery acceleration measures, a proposal to modify cash management arrangements has been approved and is effective as of 1 September. The following thresholds and main changes have now been agreed: Petty Cash Fund (PCF) – Account 16105: Limit increased from $1k to $2.5K Expense limit increased from $100 to $250 per payment Treasurer may suspend cash arrangements if three consecutive red dashboard or related audit observation related.
