The purpose of this guide is to provide information on using the contractual modalities available at UNDP and to help managers decide which contractual modality to choose when creating new or modified positions or hiring personnel or consultants. The guide supplements the International Personnel Services Agreement policy and the National Personnel Services Agreement policy.
