Summary of Changes/Comments
January 26, 2023 - The  Performance Based Payment Agreement Template and the  Low Value Performance Based Payment Agreement Template in Step 5 in the procedures have been updated to reflect UNDP's transition to its new cloud-based management platform Quantum in January 2023, replacing its previous ATLAS system.

June 16, 2022 - The policy was updated with links to UNDP Evaluation Guidelines (paragraph 16) and UNDP Evaluation Policy (paragraph 27).

December 03, 2019 - The Performance Based Payments policy and procedures are now available in French. To access the content, click on the French language tab.

March 20, 2019 - The Performance Based Payments policy and procedures are now available in Spanish. To access the content, click on the Spanish language tab.

December 14, 2018 - The new Partner Capacity Assessment Tool was added to step 3.0 of the procedures, replacing other assessments that are part of the new streamlined tool.
