Contract Management

1. Contract management includes monitoring performance of vendors (i.e. compliance with contract obligations), effecting acceptance and payment, initiating amendments and resolution of any disputes.

2. Ensure there is regular maintenance and closure of Purchase Orders (POs).

3. Country Offices are encouraged to follow local arrangements on taxes.
