26 June 2015: Clarification on eligibility that only travel costs are paid under R&R framework in accordance with GA resolution (A/RES/65/248 dated 31 Jan. 2011) and following the practice of the Agencies, Funds and Programmes (see Travel). 16 April 2015: Clarified eligibility 3 Sept. 2014: Eligibility criteria for ICs has been aligned with IC policy. The policy reflects significant changes to R&R policy as mandated by ICSC in terms of overall governance and elimination of subsistence allowance. Modification of text as to make it clearer that consultants are not eligible for R&R in April 2015.
