January 9, 2023 - The policy and procedures have been updated to reflect UNDP’s transition to its new cloud-based management platform Quantum in January 2023, replacing its previous ATLAS system.
September 8, 2021 - The SOP for e-banking has been updated with version 3 which contains the most current processes aligning with the clustered finance functions in the GSSU.
April 13, 2020 - The Establishment and Use of Electronic Banking Systems policy has been updated throughout to reflect the ISO 20022 electronic banking interface and other minor changes. Step 1 of the 3.0 Procedure section now includes a link to the SOP for Web e-Banking template. December 01, 2015 - Content reviewed and edited (minor edit without changing substance).
