March 15, 2023 - The responsible party column in procedure step 2 and step 3 have been modified from BMS/OFM Treasury to BMS/OFM.
January 9, 2023 - The policy and procedures have been updated to reflect UNDP’s transition to its new cloud-based management platform Quantum in January 2023, replacing its previous ATLAS system.
April 20, 2020- The Universal Price List (UPL) and Local Price List (LPL) main policy is now available in French. To access the document, click the French language tab.
April 08, 2019 - The Universal Price List (UPL) and Local Price List (LPL) main policy was updated to reflect that regarding agencies’ contribution to RCO activities, the 2016 Advisory note for the UNDG Cost Sharing Funds for the RC system no longer applies and is hereby revoked as of January 01, 2019.
January 31, 2019 - UNDP offices can now monitor actual revenues earned from provisions of SLA/MOU or UPL/LPL services through the Corporate Agency Services Revenue Report. A link to this newly developed report has been added to the Explanatory Notes column under step 11 of the Universal Price List (UPL) and Local Price List (LPL) procedure table.
